Join us for this WFA webinar to hear practical perspectives on how inclusive approaches to insight generation can deepen consumer understanding, strengthen decision-making, and drive growth. This is a 60-minute session including Q&A.

Speakers include:

Ash and Will will share an overview of the global Insights function at The LEGO Group, where inclusion is the norm in pursuit of coming closer to all customers. They will discuss the building of a global team and the methods they employ to include all voices and establish play as a platform for social inclusion.

They will break down the Inclusive Research Framework developed and utilised by The LEGO Group, candidly sharing the challenges and milestones along the journey.
