Welcome to Impact Day, the largest sustainability festival in the Baltics and Nordics. It’s where fresh ideas meet action. Taking place on 9-10 October 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia, the theme for next year is “Aiming Higher.” With over 80 sessions including keynotes, panels and seminars, it’s your opportunity to connect with leading change-makers.

About the role:

We’re searching for a program professional eager to elevate our program who:

• Is able to involve in the festival well-known speakers all over Europe (with extremely budget-friendly deals or for free).
• Can grasp big cross-sectoral trends and bring them to the stage at a business executive level.
• Able to help performers and partners with gritty-nitty details so every session would create exceptional value and would work as a whole with the overall program from a marketing and learning point of view.
• Will be full of formats and ideas that shake the conference attendee experience and open their minds to new ways of thinking.
