Daryl Seager is a Leadership Coach with 15+ years of coaching and consulting experience. He will conduct a tailor-made workshop on better leadership and team dynamics according to the needs of the participating teams. The workshop takes place on October 24th at 10–14 at Palo Alto Club (Telliskivi 57).
Daryl Seager has created a unique methodology that has helped more than 5,000 leaders improve their confidence and communication skills to create happier, more collaborative work cultures.
He has worked with enterprises such as Microsoft, Lufthansa, CNN, Genius Sports, Rush Street Interactive, Azolver, Clario, Adobe and Diageo. Additionally, with the UK Government and Metropolitan Police, just to name a few.
Over 15 years, Daryl has helped teams and businesses solve problems and challenges about:
- conflicts;
- miscommunication / insufficient communication;
- differing priorities and dependencies on other teams;
- not being listened to;
- change management;
- unreasonable workload and demands;
- poor leadership, micromanagement;
- unfulfilling work;
- lack of motivation;
- burnout prevention;
- and much more.
To make the workshop as practical as possible, we gather input from participants about their challenges and desires before the workshop and Daryl will put the focus of the workshop accordingly.
The workshop will be held in teams, which means that each company has to assemble its group with whom to come – it can include people from different positions, for example, project/marketing/creative managers, CEOs, as well as everyone else. To participate, a team of approximately three to six people must be formed. A smaller business can send an entire team to the workshop, a larger company, for example, one department. Teams that work closely together daily and where things need to be fixed and fixed are welcome.
To make the workshop completely needs-based, personal and as practical as possible, we collect input from the participants about their challenges and wishes, and Daryl will prepare the workshop accordingly, taking into account the specificities and needs of each team to find the best and practical solution.
